Please note that our standard shipping method does not guarantee same-day dispatch. The delivery times provided are estimates; actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, customs clearance, or local logistics arrangements.
Free standard shipping is currently not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Iayllv offers free standard shipping to numerous countries and regions. We continuously optimize our shipping efficiency to ensure that customers worldwide can enjoy a more convenient shopping experience.

During checkout, please ensure you enter your shipping address accurately. Our system will automatically calculate the applicable shipping fees, taxes, and duties (if any) based on your location.

Please note that due to varying customs policies across different countries and regions, some international orders may require additional time for customs clearance. We appreciate your understanding.

Tracking your order is simple. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping notification email. Each notification email contains a "Track My Order" link; simply click this link to view the current logistics status of your order.

Due to international logistics and shipping regulations, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries or regions:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.
We will continue to update our list of deliverable regions based on the latest international logistics conditions.

Our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address.
Please verify all shipping information before completing the checkout process. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays.
Customs clearance procedures or local regulations may extend delivery times.
All packages require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is present at your shipping address on the estimated delivery date to sign for the package. We recommend that you closely monitor your shipping tracking number to receive real-time updates.
We shall not be held liable for any delivery delays or failures resulting from our inability to access the delivery address, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Certain international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other related fees.
These charges are assessed in accordance with the customs policies of the destination country/region and are collected by the local customs authorities.
In some regions, these fees are automatically estimated at checkout; however, should any additional charges be imposed by local customs, the recipient shall be solely responsible for bearing such costs.
