Return Policy

We hope you enjoy every shopping experience at Iayllv.
If the items you receive do not fully meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund, provided that the items meet our return eligibility criteria. To ensure a smooth return process, please read the following instructions before submitting a request.

Return Request Period

You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your items.
Return or refund requests for orders submitted after this 30-day period may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

a. The following items are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange: Clearance items and Final Sale items.
b. Items must remain in brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged—with all original tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
c. Items marked as "Non-Returnable" and promotional gifts/freebies are not eligible for return.
d. We cannot accept items that are returned without a prior return request having been submitted.
e. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; original shipping fees are non-refundable. We currently do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns.
f. Please ensure you carefully inspect the items before shipping them back. We are not responsible for returning items that do not belong to the Iayllv brand.
g. Our customer service team reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of being placed solely for the purpose of exploiting this return policy.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or held for customs inspection (any customs clearance fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer). Please retain your shipping receipt containing tracking information for your records.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned items are in poor condition or if the return was initiated without our prior notification.

Please note: If a package is destroyed, lost, or returned to us due to reasons attributable to the customer (including, but not limited to: delays in cooperating with customs clearance, incomplete contact information, recipient unavailability, or an incorrect shipping address), and the items cannot be recovered, we will not issue a refund.

How to Return

1. Please contact our customer service team via the support section on our website, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We cannot accept items that are shipped back to us without prior contact and authorization. You may also contact us directly at morvex@iayllv.com.
2. Upon receiving our return instructions, please pack the item(s) you wish to return using the original packaging. Please clearly write your Order Number on the package to facilitate quick identification and resolution of your request.
3. Ship the package via your local post office.
4. We will process most returns within 10 business days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Refused Packages

If you refuse to accept a package for personal reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting round-trip shipping fees, storage fees, or logistics charges; these costs may be deducted from your refund amount.
Additionally, the return transit time for refused packages can be lengthy; we will only proceed with processing your refund after we have confirmed receipt of the returned package at our warehouse.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase; we currently do not support changing the refund account or payment method.
We typically require 3–5 business days to process refunds; the actual timeframe may vary depending on the processing speed of your local bank. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

For returned items requiring a refund, the package must first be returned to our warehouse; we will only proceed with processing the refund after we have received your package. It typically takes approximately 10 business days for us to receive your package and process the refund.

Refunds can only be issued via your original payment method; payments made via credit card can only be refunded to the original credit card account used for the purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email within the timeframe mentioned above, please contact us, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Returns for Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please do not use any return label included within the package to return it. You must contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization Label. If you return damaged or incorrect items without prior notification to our Customer Service department, we reserve the right to charge you for any applicable restocking fees.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service; our customer advisors will be happy to assist you. Please note that once an order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to prevent the shipment of the items.
Orders for fully personalized products cannot be cancelled once placed, as they may already be in the process of customization.
Pre-ordered items may be cancelled prior to shipment, and any payments previously collected will be refunded.

Returns and refunds require prior approval from a Customer Service representative in order to obtain the correct return address. Please do not return items without notifying us first. We reserve the right to refuse a return—and accept no liability—if items are returned without our prior notification or if a return address other than the one confirmed by us is used.
